Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every edicell pack. Before you buy, full specifications, certifications, and safety documentation are published at edicell.com/pages/docs. We encourage you to review all documentation prior to purchase.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Lithium-ion battery packs are dangerous goods. Once a pack has been received, handled, or used, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances for safety reasons.


DOA — DEAD ON ARRIVAL

We take quality seriously. If your pack arrives in one of the following conditions, it may qualify for a DOA replacement:

  • Pack arrives visibly damaged from transit — dented, crushed, or punctured packaging or cells
  • Pack will not accept a charge out of the box despite correct charger and procedure
  • Pack has a confirmed manufacturing defect verified by edicell

To submit a DOA claim, contact us at support@edicell.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

edicell will review all DOA claims and may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement pack. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The following are not covered under our DOA policy and are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Damage from crashes, impacts, or physical misuse
  • Damage from improper charging, over-discharge, or use of an incompatible charger
  • Damage from water, moisture, or exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Damage from modification, disassembly, or tampering
  • Thermal events, fire, or explosion resulting from misuse or improper storage
  • Normal capacity degradation over time and use cycles
  • Packs that have been used even once
  • Packs reported outside the 7-day DOA window
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Damage to aircraft, equipment, or property caused by a pack failure
