edicell ships lithium-ion battery packs within the United States and Canada. All US orders include free shipping with no minimum purchase required.


GROUND SHIPPING ONLY

Lithium-ion battery packs are classified as dangerous goods under DOT and IATA regulations. All edicell orders ship via ground transportation only. No air shipping is available, including expedited or overnight options.

Estimated delivery times within the continental United States are 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.


TRACKING AND PROOF OF DELIVERY

Every order ships with carrier tracking. Carrier tracking showing a package as delivered constitutes proof of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or other household members before contacting us.


LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Lost or misdelivered packages are rare but do occasionally occur. If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@edicell.com and we will file a claim on your behalf with the carrier.

Once a claim has been filed, the carrier will investigate and determine whether the package was lost or misdelivered. Upon carrier approval and payment of the claim, edicell will ship a replacement order at no charge.

Carrier claim approval or denial is final and binding. edicell is not able to issue replacements or refunds for claims denied by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

edicell reserves the right to require a signature for delivery at our discretion. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. edicell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@edicell.com. We will make every effort to correct the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES

Packages that are returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery will be refunded less the following deductions:

  • Outbound shipping cost incurred by edicell
  • Return shipping cost charged by the carrier
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% of the order value

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned package has been received and inspected. Lithium-ion battery packs that show signs of use, damage, or tampering upon return will not be eligible for any refund.


CANADA SHIPPING

edicell ships to Canada via FedEx or UPS ground service. All Canada orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties, taxes, and customs clearance are handled by edicell through the carrier. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

A shipping fee applies to all Canada orders and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to Canada orders.

Estimated delivery to Canada is 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Ground service only — no air shipping available.

All other shipping policies including our lost package claim process, proof of delivery terms, and returned to sender policy apply to Canada orders.


GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

edicell ships to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or other international destinations at this time.
